Foresight Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Supervisor to lead and mentor the Electronic Banking team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and top-notch customer service for all electronic products.
The role requires supervision experience, extensive banking knowledge, and familiarity with Reg E, NACHA, and online/mobile banking platforms; it also supports remote teams and ongoing staff development.

The Electronic Banking Supervisor is a working Supervisor who is also responsible for providing leadership, direction and mentoring of Electronic Banking staff to ensure quality customer service to Foresight Bank. Provide accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks and ensure that exceptional support is provided to the bank for all electronic products and services.

Handling of all debit card disputes timely and accurately according to MasterCard and Reg E rules.
Processing of all incoming and outgoing wires according to policy and within established timeframes.
Processing of all incoming and outgoing ACH files according to NACHA guidelines.
Successful exams and audits without significant findings.

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years working in banking. Jack Henry core platform and supervisory experience preferred. Must be adaptable to managing remote teams. Self-user and promoter of electronic banking products. AAP or APRP Certifications a plus.
