Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Rockford, Tennessee seeks a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join the manufacturing team. You will perform electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly, participate in testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes.

You will work with technicians, engineering, quality, and production to ensure quality and on-time output, follow safety and quality guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools and testing instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly per work instructions and quality standards.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using specialized tools and processes.
• Conduct functional testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to verify product performance.
• Support test procedures in routine and complex environments.
• Identify and resolve assembly and testing issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor parts, materials, and equipment availability to maintain workflow.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment to ensure product quality.
• Plan daily activities with the team to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams for improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
