You will perform electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly, participate in testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements, and ensure products meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and quality teams, follow work instructions, maintain equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, technical procedures, and assembly specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools, specialized assembly equipment, and basic testing instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assembly tasks and production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly operations according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and processes.
• Conduct functional testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to verify product performance.
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of test procedures in routine and complex environments.
• Identify and resolve routine assembly, testing, and manufacturing issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor availability of parts, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain workflow.
• Operate and maintain specialized assembly equipment to support quality.
• Plan and organize daily work with team to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Follow safety procedures and quality requirements to maintain a safe production environment.
• Support process improvements to enhance assembly efficiency and product reliability.
