Job summary

Ralliant is hiring a full-time Electronic Assembler for a weekend shift (5AM-5:30 PM, Fri–Sun) in California. The role focuses on electronics production, IPC-J-STD certification, and precision soldering under a microscope.

On-the-job training is provided. The position requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to ESD precautions in a fast-paced environment supporting mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• On the job training will be provided (OJT).
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies.
• Uses visual aids, drawings and instructions to assemble, modify, re-work or re-assemble units.
• Receives detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Certified to IPC-J-STD.
• Identify component values.
• Solder various electronic component sizes following IPC standards.
• Read and follow written instructions and drawings.
• Solder under a microscope and repair soldering anomalies.
