Job summary

Ralliant is hiring immediately for a full-time Electronic Assembler in Hollister, CA. You will join a team focused on continuous improvement and be the go-to person for assembly tasks.

You will perform various production assembly operations, read schematics and drawings, and solder under a microscope, using IPC-J-STD standards. On-the-job training is provided, with US citizenship required for government work.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizenship is required for this position due to government requirements.
• On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies.
• Uses drawings and written instructions to assemble, modify, or re-work units.
• Solders various components following IPC-J-STD standards, including fine pitch components.
• Identify component values and read customer/engineering drawings.
• Solder under a microscope and repair soldering defects.
