SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, seeks an Electromechanical Technician for the 2nd shift in Chelmsford, MA, to support automated packaging, conveyor, and dosing equipment at a federal government facility.

The role is full-time; hours are Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11:00pm with training on the first shift; compensation is $35.18 per hour with benefits including holidays, sick leave, and medical/dental/Life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with automatic or production-driven systems.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Ability to read electronic, electrical, and mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automated packaging, conveyor, and dosing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installation, evaluation, calibration, and programming/reprogramming of PLC-based systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore full operability.
• Evaluate corrective actions and suggest replacements when appropriate.
• Assist in installing and operating control systems and basic IT maintenance.
