Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage plant in Hope Hull, AL. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems on 2nd or 3rd shift to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include PM/PdM, root cause analysis, equipment installation and start-up, and documenting work in SAP/CMMS. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or beverage environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, and controls.
• Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Lead RCA and 5 Whys to improve asset reliability.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup of new lines.
• Document work orders and history in SAP/CMMS; support reliability initiatives.
