Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an EMT 1 to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment under supervision. The role supports a 2nd or 3rd shift with competitive benefits and a $500 tool stipend for those bringing their own tools.

You will perform PMs, replace components, and assist with troubleshooting while following safety protocols. Requires 1–3 years in industrial maintenance or equivalent trade training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years industrial maintenance experience or trade school equivalent.
• Exposure to manufacturing equipment (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level).
• Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E awareness) and LOTO supervised work.
• Basic electrical training (voltage measurement, meter usage).
• Mechanical fundamentals training (power transmission, pneumatics).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and basic work orders on assigned equipment.
• Replace mechanical components (bearings, belts, chains, gaskets, sensors).
• Perform basic electrical work (motors, switches, contactors).
• Follow LOTO and all safety processes.
• Assist higher-level techs with troubleshooting and rebuilds.
