• Operate, support, test, configure, and troubleshoot automated systems, robotics, workstations, software-based controls, and related equipment.
• Perform installation, diagnostics, mapping, induction, removal, commissioning, software updates, and system support activities.
• Inspect completed assemblies and system work to confirm compliance with safety, quality, technical, and workmanship standards.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and technical support resources to resolve issues and improve uptime.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys building, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting electrical and mechanical systems. You will work in a collaborative technical setting with support from customer, vendor, and partner teams, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your automation, assembly, and diagnostic skills. The work environment emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, technical training, and clear procedures. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble, install, test, and support electromechanical products and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and operational issues using a structured approach.
• Operate and support robotics, automated systems, workstations, and software-based control systems.
• Review technical data, procedures, manuals, and documentation to support corrective action and system performance.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant electromechanical, automation, equipment maintenance, assembly, or technical support experience.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical drawings, bills of materials, and written work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and approved assembly methods for mechanical and electrical components.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting concepts.
• Ability to support software installations, system updates, and technical configuration activities according to approved instructions.
• Familiarity with Linux, command-line tools, or technical applications used to operate and support equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality standards.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a production or support team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting automation, robotics, manufacturing equipment, or customer-site technical systems.
• Exposure to automotive, parts manufacturing, industrial equipment, or production environments.
• Experience collecting and reviewing operational data to identify issues and support corrective action.
• Ability to identify process improvements that enhance assembly methods, service quality, uptime, and operational efficiency.
