Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years of technical training in mechanics or electronics.
• Two to five years’ experience in a customer service related position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and order processing software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid mechanical aptitude with electronics understanding and the ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone coverage during set business hours and respond to inquiries to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and voicemails; process RMAs as needed.
• Create wiring diagrams and recommend parts for door locking applications.
• Document quality issues and provide evaluation reports to customers.
• Assist with technical training, mentoring, and collaboration across departments.
• Maintain product knowledge and share updates with Sales, customers, and team members.
• Operate within lean manufacturing principles and improve support procedures.
