Job summary

Sharp Services is seeking a technically skilled individual to support high‑speed packaging equipment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain automated lines and related vision systems, barcodes, and sensors while collaborating with Operations and Quality teams.

You will participate in preventive maintenance, knowledge sharing, and equipment optimization, ensuring cGMP environments and safety protocols are followed. On-site roles require flexible hours and hands‑on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining high‑speed packaging equipment.
• Ability to read and verify gauges, calibrations and process checks.
• Strong troubleshooting across electromechanical systems and controls.
• Familiarity with sensors, vision systems, and automation hardware.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Operate packaging equipment to support daily operations.
• Assist in training new machine operators and mechanics.
• Log data into process check sheets and maintenance records.
• Calibrate sensors, printers, barcode systems and OCR/OCV vision equipment.
• Verify calibration status of gauges and controller devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities per procedures.
• Maintain daily communication with team and attend required meetings.
• Complete preventive and on-demand work orders in Blue Mountain.
