Job summary

Sharp Services is seeking an experienced technician to support the operation and maintenance of high-speed packaging equipment in a cGMP environment. You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, calibrate sensors, and perform preventative maintenance while recording data and ensuring adherence to EHS guidelines.

Responsibilities include training new operators, logging maintenance in the Blue Mountain system, and supporting daily production with hands-on troubleshooting and system adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of industrial automation/packaging experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
• Familiar with safety, cGMP, and EHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machine breakdowns in collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Operate packaging equipment to support daily operational activities.
• Record data into process check sheets.
• Calibrate sensors, online printing, barcode scanning, and OCR/OCV vision equipment.
• Perform preventive and on-demand maintenance and document activities per procedures.
