Job summary

Sharp Services in the United States is seeking an operations support technician to assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of high-speed packaging equipment within a cGMP environment.

The role emphasizes electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, data recording, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Quality teams; training of new operators and proactive maintenance are key elements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with calibration of measurement gauges and sensors.
• Strong data recording and documentation skills in GMP settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Operate packaging equipment to support daily production activity.
• Assist in training new machine operators and mechanics.
• Record process data and maintain logs in the Blue Mountain system.
• Calibrate and verify sensors, vision systems, and OCR/OCV components.
