Job summary
Sharp Services is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support operations in high-speed packaging equipment. You will diagnose electromechanical issues, calibrate sensors and gauges, and perform preventative maintenance in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-speed packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with cGMP environments and EHS guidelines.
- Strong electrical and sensor-related troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance and engineering.
- Operate packaging equipment to support daily operations.
- Assist in training new operators and mechanics.
- Record process data on check sheets.
- Calibrate sensors, printers, barcode scanners, and OCR/OCV systems.
- Verify calibration status of gauges and controllers.
- Perform preventive and on-demand maintenance and document activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and attend meetings as needed.
- Log work orders in the Blue Mountain system.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for vision systems and controls.
- Support PLC logic troubleshooting and programming.
- Engage in electrical controls, servos, robotics, and MV systems.
