Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services seeks an operations support professional to troubleshoot and maintain high-speed packaging equipment in a cGMP environment. You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to ensure continuous production and adherence to EHS guidelines.

The role focuses on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and calibration of packaging systems, with hands-on training of junior operators.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-speed packaging lines in a cGMP environment.
• Comfort with troubleshooting sensors, vision systems, and automated equipment.
• Willingness to collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Operate packaging equipment to support daily operations.
• Assist in training new machine operators and mechanics.
