Job summary
Electrical Automation Services seeks an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Montgomery, AL. This on-site role is in Hayneville, with 2nd or 3rd shift coverage, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant.
You will perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance, use SAP/CMMS to document work orders, and conduct RCA/5 Whys with cross-functional teams to boost asset
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of safety, LOTO, and industrial maintenance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts for equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
