Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Hayneville, AL, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and improvements of electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems on second or third shift.

You will diagnose issues using schematics and PLC logic, maintain conveyors and packaging lines, and participate in continuous improvement through RCA and 5 Whys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP/CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and control circuits.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
• Support startup, installation, and validation of new equipment.
• Document work orders and equipment history in SAP or CMMS.
• Participate in daily production meetings and reliability initiatives.
