Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Electromechanical Senior Technician for a 12-hour rotating night shift (7pm-7am) at our Racine facility. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components to maintain production equipment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, calibration, and supporting autonomous maintenance and TPM/Lean initiatives. Proficiency with SAP and PLCs is valued.

Qualifications

• Technical college certification or Journeyman license with 2+ years industrial electrical controls experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• PLC/programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components.
• Perform preventative maintenance per OEM/engineering standards.
• Execute corrective actions supporting safety, quality and reliability.
• Work with motor controls and programmable logic systems.
• Operate SAP to review and document work.
