Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Sr. Technician- Electrical for 1st shift to maintain and repair complex equipment in our Racine, WI facility. You will diagnose and fix electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and safety interlocks while following TPM/Lean practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or technical college certification with 5–7 years of maintenance experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Perform preventative maintenance actions, calibrations, inspections and overhauls.
• Utilize SAP to review work orders and document completion.
• Support autonomous maintenance training for equipment operators.
• Participate in TPM/Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
