Job summary

DOC SERVICES, a nationwide provider of electromechanical maintenance for big-box retail stores, is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and travel from your home to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment.

You will read schematics, use handheld devices for documentation, order parts, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; able to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repair on electromechanical equipment.
• Respond to service calls and travel to customer sites.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Document service activities using handheld devices.
• Order parts and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with DSM and communicate with customers.
• Arrive on time with tools and safety equipment.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and seek technical support as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to OSHA and DOC safety regulations.
