Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to service and repair light industrial equipment for big box retailers.

The role covers travel within a 3-hour radius and may require overnight travel for about 2.5 weeks per month, with a flexible, family-friendly schedule. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical/electrical faults, performing preventative maintenance, and using hand and power tools to repair machines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventive maintenance service calls within contract timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
