Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery.
• Install and test post-installation performance to ensure optimal machine operation.
• Train on-site customer operators on machine function, maintenance and safety.
• Document service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions.
• Travel regionally with overnight stays to support customer sites.
