Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Electromechanical to support CNC machinery across a regional customer base from Minneapolis, MN.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues; performing post-installation tests; and delivering on-site operator training. Candidates should hold a 2-year technical degree or equivalent military experience; PLC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent military technical experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment; PLCs are a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/schematics; skilled with diagnostic tools.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot & Repair: diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery.
• Install & Test: perform post-installation testing to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Train & Educate: on-site training for customer operators on machine function, maintenance and safety.
• Document: accurately log service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions.
• Travel: manage a regional travel schedule with overnight stays to support customer sites.
