This is a full-time, travel-based role with home-base support and a strong emphasis on independent problem-solving. The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree or military tech experience, PLC familiarity, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifikationen

• 2-year technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or machine tool technology) or equivalent military technical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment; PLC proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/schematics; skilled with diagnostic tools.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery.
• Install & Test: Perform post-installation testing to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Train & Educate: Conduct on-site training for customer operators on machine function, maintenance, and safety.
• Document: Accurately log service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions.
• Travel: Manage a regional travel schedule with regular overnight stays to support customer sites.
