Job summary

Veterans Prime, Inc. seeks an Electromechanical Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, modify, and test specialized tools. You will travel nationwide to customer sites and work at customer sites, applying your mechanical and electrical expertise.

Read schematics, perform on-site maintenance, and document issues and resolutions. Strong communication with customers and teams is essential to keep systems running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (servo motors, bearings, gearing, ball screws, linear motion assemblies).
• Competent with electrical diagnostics (multimeters).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the United States to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Perform on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, and complete disassembly/reassembly of tools.
• Read and interpret schematics, block diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Accurately document product issues, resolutions, and service reports; communicate with customers and internal teams.
