Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an electromechanical assembler with a comprehensive understanding of electrical test components on electronic circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have the ability to comprehend and assemble equipment from electrical design schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical design documents, coupled with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic components following electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Utilize assembly tools including manual and automatic wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and de-soldering equipment.
• Demonstrate hand soldering expertise with RoHS and non-RoHS solder.
• Handle electronic components such as transformers, transistors, capacitors, resistors, circuit boards, and connectors.
• Follow ESD handling procedures to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Move and handle equipment weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of electrical test components on electronic circuit boards.
• Experience in reading and assembling from electrical design schematics and wiring diagrams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
