Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in complex mechanical assembly, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of quality processes and manufacturing efficiency.
• Knowledge of electrical concepts and automated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with plant safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and coordinate production teams to meet schedules and goals.
• Read charts, work orders, and production reports to determine requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize operations and processes.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects.
• Support training and team-based problem solving.
• Monitor KPIs and equipment performance to ensure standards.
