SK Battery America, Inc. in Georgia is seeking an Electrode Process Engineer to develop and improve production processes for electrode technology, perform failure analysis, and support cross-functional teams.

Some on-call support is required to address urgent issues affecting yield and productivity. The role covers productivity reviews, process standard establishment, defect analysis, new process development, and 4M productivity improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or materials engineering or equivalent
• 1–5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1–5 years' experience in battery, chemical, automotive, or related manufacturing industries preferred
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools

Responsabilidades

• Review productivity and confirm production process conditions for the pilot line.
• Identify production influence factors and define process conditions standards.
• Monitor the cell reliability test process continuously and confirm standards.
• Respond to customer audits and ISO/IATF certifications.
• Plan and manage investment budget for new processes and provide operating instructions.
