Qualifications

• Strong experience defining process specifications and QA/QC protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of process improvement and scale-up plans.
• Implement QA/QC systems with the Quality team.
• Mentor junior engineers in experimental design and problem-solving.

Skills

Deep working knowledge of slurry rheology

Proficiency with statistical methods for process characterization

Proficiency with standard data analysis tools

Education

PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
