Job summary

Saft is seeking an Electrode Technician in Maryland to create, test, and maintain electrodes for various applications. You will set up production equipment, test for quality, and collaborate with engineers to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in manufacturing, strong technical skills, and the ability to document results clearly while working both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are a must.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of electrode manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain production equipment using process documents and instructions.
• Test electrodes for quality, performance and durability.
• Calibrate and maintain electrode manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrode production issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to improve designs and processes.
