Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for the Nights- D Shift at our Reno area battery facility. The role maintains production equipment through preventative maintenance and supports operators with troubleshooting and minor repairs.

You will perform checks, adjustments, record-keeping, and safety-compliant tasks while upholding Panasonic’s core principles. Requires at least high school level education and 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Check settings, gauge readings, and sensors regularly to keep machines operating at proper specifications.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines according to documented requirements.
• Make mechanical and pneumatic adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Maintain complete records of all work done on the equipment and machines.
