Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Electrochemist to support battery research and development.

You will study electrochemical reactions inside battery systems and help improve performance and stability, focusing on charging/discharging behavior and material performance. You will collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate scientific findings into practical improvements, strengthening the scientific foundation of Exoben’s batteries and contributing to safer, longer-lasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrochemistry and battery systems.
  • Experience in laboratory research and testing.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Practical and focused on real-world application.

Responsibilities

  • Study electrochemical processes in battery systems.
  • Analyze reactions in cathode, anode and electrolyte materials.
  • Support improvements in efficiency and performance.
  • Identify causes of degradation and performance loss.
  • Support testing and experimental validation.
  • Document findings and contribute to research development.
