Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Electrochemist to support battery research and development.

You will study electrochemical reactions inside battery systems and help improve performance and stability, focusing on charging/discharging behavior and material performance. You will collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate scientific findings into practical improvements, strengthening the scientific foundation of Exoben’s batteries and contributing to safer, longer-lasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrochemistry and battery systems.
  • Experience in laboratory research and testing.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Practical and focused on real-world application.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrochemist to support Exoben’s battery research.

In this role, you will study electrochemical reactions inside battery systems and help improve performance and stability.

You will work on understanding how materials behave during charging and discharging.

You will collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate science into practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

You will study electrochemical processes in battery systems.

You will analyze reactions in cathode, anode and electrolyte materials.

You will support improvements in efficiency and performance.

You will identify causes of degradation and performance loss.

You will support testing and experimental validation.

You will document findings and contribute to research development.
