Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Production Test Technician to test avionics and assemblies for the CHGB program. You will work with the defense team in a multi-disciplinary environment near North Alabama.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant testing experience, and familiarity with environmental and vibration testing. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of testing/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in MIL-STD-810 test environment.
• Background in manufacturing and/or test.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with thermal, pressure, acceleration and vibration test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of avionics components under multiple environmental conditions.
• Test circuit card assemblies electrically.
• Create and analyze random vibration, ignition shock, and pyroshock testing profiles.
