Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Mid-Level Production Test Technician to join the Defense Systems team supporting the CHGB program. You will work with engineers to environmental-test avionics and circuit card assemblies, developing profiles and solving complex problems under strict requirements.

You will operate shaker systems, run procedures, and analyze results to ensure devices meet criteria. Collaboration across multiple teams is essential to meet schedules and mission goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in testing or manufacturing.
• Experience in MIL-STD-810 test environments.
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical / Electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with Thermal, Pressure, Acceleration, and Vibration test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of Avionics components during multiple Environmental conditions.
• Perform electrical testing of Circuit Card Assemblies.
• Create and analyze random vibration, ignition shock, and pyroshock testing profiles within testing software.
• Operate electrodynamic shaker systems to support testing efforts.
• Execute test procedures to support testing and vehicle delivery.
• Analyze test results to determine results in accordance with testing criteria.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet our technical and schedule requirements.
