Job summary

Leidos' Defense Systems / Manufacturing is seeking a Mid-Level Production Test Technician to join our Defense team in Huntsville, AL, supporting the CHGB program. You will work with engineers to test avionics and electrical assemblies under varied environmental conditions, using shaker systems and testing software.

Responsibilities include executing procedures, analyzing results, and collaborating across teams to meet technical and schedule requirements, with potential DoD program exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in testing or manufacturing.
• Experience in MIL-STD-810 environments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.
• Background in Manufacturing and/or Test.
• Experience with a multi-disciplinary team and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of Avionics components under multiple environmental conditions.
• Test Circuit Card Assemblies and analyze results.
• Create and analyze random vibration, ignition shock, and pyroshock profiles.
• Operate electrodynamic shaker systems to support testing.
• Execute test procedures to support testing and vehicle delivery.
• Analyze test results according to testing criteria.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet technical and schedule requirements.
