Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support maintenance in a highly automated plant in Richmond, VA. You will troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems across production lines and contribute to continuous improvement through preventative maintenance.

The role requires hands-on repair skills, ability to work with technicans and vendors, and strong teamwork and communication. Benefits include a comprehensive package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Trade/Technical School certification
• 3+ years Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• 3+ years plus Electrical troubleshooting and repair

Responsibilities

• Assists other Technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot & repair electrical, electronic systems and components of industrial machines.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment and PLCs.
