Job summary

Dover Food Retail provides maintenance leadership for production equipment and facilities at the Madison, GA site. This role emphasizes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure continuous operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primarily onsite, the position requires 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, an associates degree in maintenance or related field, and familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Maintenance or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Experience with Electrical DC and AC up to 460 volts is required.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Read ladder logic and control wiring diagrams; troubleshoot PLC-based systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Maintain inventories and coordinate parts and supplies as needed.
• Uphold safety and environmental standards; mentor others in the maintenance team.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
