Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. You will work with PLCs, drives, servo systems, HMIs, CNC, and MES integrations while mentoring other technicians and driving continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a 2-year degree or equivalent plus 5 years of related field experience, with strong safety discipline and the ability to work independently and in teams. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent; 5 years related experience.
• Strong PLC and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints.
• Knowledge of NFPA 79 and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems and drives.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work.
• Order parts and manage inventory for all equipment.
• Install and rig machines for production readiness.
• Fabricate fixturing and guarding as needed.
• Support TPM objectives and continuous improvement.
