Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Locust Grove, GA seeks an Electro/Mech Technician to apply advanced troubleshooting on production equipment with PLCs, drives, servo, HMI, CNC and MES integration. You will mentor technicians, enforce electrical safety, and drive continuous improvement for manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, proper documentation, and ensuring adherence to NFPA 79 and electrical codes while supporting TPM efforts and safety

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent past work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC and electromechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, fluid power, and building prints.
• Knowledge of safety practices such as lockout/tagout and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including PLC, drives, servo, HMI, CNC and MES integration.
• Enforce electrical safety programs and support TPM objectives.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document work performed.
• Repair, upgrade, or upgrade equipment for efficiency and reliability.
