Job Overview

This individual will follow detailed work instructions, assist with product testing, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with engineers and production personnel to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical and mechanical components according to documented procedures and specifications.
• Perform functional testing and inspection of assembled products to verify quality and performance standards.
• Follow established quality management processes and manufacturing procedures in a regulated environment.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with process validation, verification, and documentation activities as needed.
• Interpret and execute verbal and written instructions from supervisors, engineers, and production leadership.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, reporting, and documentation purposes.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or related technical environments.
• Experience assembling or testing mechanical and/or electro-mechanical products.
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering teams with product testing or validation activities.
• Familiarity with quality-controlled or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Background in medical device, electronics, aerospace, or precision manufacturing industries.
• Experience using hand tools, measurement equipment, and basic testing instruments.
• Manufacturing and production setting with a combination of assembly workstations and testing areas.
• Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
• Exposure to production equipment and tooling in a controlled manufacturing environment.
