Technical Needs is seeking a Machine Operator in Lebanon, NH for a reputable manufacturing facility with 120+ years of experience. You will perform set-ups, load materials, and operate rolling, tumbling, and grinding equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills, plus strong attention to detail. Schedule is full-time on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; growth opportunities are available.

Our client is looking for a Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing facility with over 120 years of industry experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience working with industrial machinery in a fast-paced, production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will perform set-ups, load materials, and operate equipment such as rolling, tumbling, and grinding machines, while following established procedures and quality standards. You’ll also be responsible for inspecting your work, making adjustments as needed, and recording production data in a reliable and detail-oriented manner.In this role, you need basic mechanical and mathematical skills, familiarity with computers, and a strong attention to detail.
