Job summary

Pro Staff in Beverly, MA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a clean, quality-focused manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products, fit precision parts, and perform wiring and soldering tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, direct-hire role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and pay between $21.00 and $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related manufacturing roles.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products, components, and subassemblies
• Fit, align, and adjust precision parts to meet exact specifications and tight tolerances
• Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate small-gauge wiring using hand and power tools
• Perform functional testing and inspections to verify product performance and quality
• Follow assembly procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support process improvements and assist with developing assembly procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with soldering, wire termination, and testing processes is highly preferred
