Our client is looking for a Injection Mold Maintenance Tech to join their team in a fast-paced injection molding environment. This role focuses on performing preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment such as mold presses, robots, laser systems, and ancillary machinery. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, coordinating repairs, managing critical spare parts, and ensuring safety standards are consistently met. Ideal for candidates with extensive mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills, and experience working in manufacturing or injection molding facilities.You’ll work on-site during the first shift, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.Required Skills, Education and Experience:8-10 years of relevant maintenance experience in an injection molding or manufacturing settingStrong mechanical skills and knowledge of injection molding equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsAbility to diagnose equipment faults quickly and coordinate external repair servicesExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to lift up to 65 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environmentThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
