Job summary

Randstad USA is assisting a leading manufacturer in Miami, FL, in hiring an Industrial Electro-Mechanic. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

On-site shift is First, with standard hours from 7 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in industrial electro-mechanics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and PLCs.
• Read schematics and technical drawings for installation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes (OSHA, NEC).
• Collaborate with maintenance team to resolve equipment issues.
• Support motor, bearing, pump alignment and light mechanical work.

Our client, a leading manufacturer located in Miami FL, is looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electro-Mechanic to join their team. This role involves working with electrical systems, PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to ensure smooth operations in an industrial setting.

salary: $56,000 - $66,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, relays, switches, transformers, and control panels.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and PLCs in industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards(OSHA, NEC, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.
• Install and align motors, bearings, and pumps to optimize performance.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and improve system efficiency.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• working up to 9 hrs of overtime per week
