Advantage Technical is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician in Elizabeth City, NC. You will build, test, and troubleshoot advanced electro-mechanical systems, reading schematics and specs to assemble and repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of formal technical training through military or civilian technical programs required.
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, assembly, or troubleshooting experience.
• Experience interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, fit, and integrate electro-mechanical components and systems.
• Build and repair hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
• Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform inspections to identify defects, failures, and root causes.
