Job summary

NPC Inc. in Greenfield Township, PA is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a full-time role. You will operate, test, maintain, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment while following safety rules.

You’ll participate in continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, and help leadership develop new maintenance processes. The position requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and timely repair to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year Electro-Mechanical degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in an Advanced Maintenance Technician position required.
• Training or experience in an industry specific trade required.
• Must provide reliability through attendance and punctuality.
• On-the-job training will be required to advance to the next level.

As the Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will operate, test, maintain, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment. You must adhere to all plant safety rules and security policies, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, and work with leadership to develop and implement new Maintenance processes. Performing advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, electronic testing, and repairing manufacturing equipment will be daily tasks.
