Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician in Elizabeth City, NC to join a high-performance manufacturing team. You will assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems, reading schematics and blueprints to guide installation and repair.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in electrical/mechanical maintenance or assembly, and proven ability to interpret technical documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of formal technical training
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, assembly, or troubleshooting experience
• Experience interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, fit, and integrate electro-mechanical components and systems
• Build and repair hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
• Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions
• Perform inspections to identify defects, failures, and root causes
• Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment performance
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams
• Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians
