• Execute and improve changeovers; set up lines for production runs and assist line workers.
• Repair machinery and facilities-support equipment; install new or refurbished parts.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements and communicate with operators and management.

Electro-Mechanical Packaging Maintenance TechnicianHiring now for a full-time technician to keep high-speed packaging lines running safely and smoothly. $2,000 sign-on bonus paid at 30 days. Overtime available.If you thrive in a manufacturing plant, this role puts you at the heart of uptime—diagnosing issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while championing safety and preventive maintenance.A day in the lifeYou start by reviewing job assignments, PM sheets, and wiring diagrams. A line calls in a fault—the conveyor trips a breaker. You trace schematics, isolate the issue, swap a gearbox and bearing, and dial in final adjustments. Later, you partner with operators on a changeover, simplify the setup steps, and document improvements.
