Job summary

Holland Sharpe is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Murfreesboro, TN. You will diagnose PLC faults on Allen-Bradley systems and perform preventive maintenance across blow molding, pelletizers, cappers/fillers, and trim lines.

You should have hands‑on hydraulics, pneumatics, motor and pump experience, and comfort with 480V/3‑phase power. Join a collaborative team and support production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on background with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, control circuits, motors and pumps.
• Comfort with 480V/3‑phase power distribution and industrial electrical systems.
• Familiarity with vision systems like Keyence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair PLC faults on Allen-Bradley systems.
• Replace VFDs and tune servo drives on conveyors.
• Adjust pneumatic regulators and troubleshoot 480V motors feeding equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep blow molding lines and palletizers running smoothly.
• Document maintenance actions and review logs weekly.

On a typical afternoon, you'll arrive ahead of the 3:00 pm start, review the maintenance log, and jump into diagnosing a PLC fault on an Allen-Bradley system. Later, you might replace a VFD, tune a servo drive on a conveyor, adjust pneumatic regulators, or troubleshoot a 480V, 3-phase motor feeding a palletizer. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, share insights, and keep production moving across blow molding lines, pelletizers, cappers/fillers, and trim operations.
